Ross from Carrickfergus has been a volunteer for several years and no task is too small or too big. Ross is a bit of a nutter like myself who dedicates his life to his own animals and well as being on call for Wildlife N.I.
This gang of young people come from Hillsborough. When I first took over at the ARRC there was a lot of general clearance work that needed to be done. These kids came and stayed every weekend, sleeping on the floor in one of the portacabins and working well into the night for the whole weekend. They are a credit to themselves and their parents and would be an asset to any potential employer in their futures.
