Wildlife N.I. now has a full time education officer, previously we couldn’t attend schools from Spring until Autumn due to it being busy with regards to the number of rescue calls we receive, unless we had a volunteer available.
As well as now being able to visit schools during the whole school year we can attend more summer events now and raise our public profile, previously we were so busy doing rescue calls we didn’t have time to show a public face.
