Projects
Wildlife N.I. Volunteers will assist your school with local conservation projects, ranging from the simple, such as erecting bird boxes, bat boxes. To the more complicated, such as clearing a local wildlife area, pond or waterway. We can assist with expert advisors and safety personnel as well as organising specialist equipment, such as boats, litter pickers and rubbish skips. We can organise projects as part of our own conservation program or assist with your own projects. Either way all that is needed is an ideal and willing young volunteers.
Wildlife N.I. Is a voluntary organization and does not yet apply for grants, but should your school wish to apply for funding for a project please feel free to do so. Wildlife N.I. will merely supply expertise and equipment, either that which we already have or what we can beg or borrow locally (in order to involve local companies in your project).
We will also try our best to have a local or national celebrity make a guest appearance and arrange press coverage for any project.
There is no charge for assisting in conservation projects, whether we are helping you, or you are helping us, it benefits wildlife and that is our objective.
