This type of presentation is best suited to one class room at a time, concentrating on keystage 1 & 2

For this type of visit we bring a varied selection of common and exotic pets which can be examined ‘hands on’ and close up by the students and their questions answered. The aim is to promote proper pet care through education.

Preparation time for this talk is about 5 minutes and the talk will last for 30 or 60 minutes (more if extra time is allocated) and is designed to fit into a normal class ‘period’.

Normal class size is preferred, but we can ‘double up’ if space allows, or do more than one presentation, running consecutively or in tandem.

Our normal rate for this type of visit is a minimum donation of £25 plus mileage @ 50p per mile, based on the distance (one way) from our site at Derrykeighan to your venue.
If we are doing several classes over the course of the day it is appreciated if the school provide lunch for our education officer/team.
