Contacting us can be difficult sometimes due to there not being anyone manning the office phone when we are busy - we can always be reached on the 24 hour help line number but we prefer if you try calling our land line number after 8pm, so that we can be near our computer to check availability if you are making a booking for a visit.

We also have a premium rate ‘easy to remember’ number which diverts to the helpline phone 0707 4 WILDLIFE (0707 4 94535433) but this can’t be dialled from barred phones and some internal company exchanges. Calls to this number cost 50p per minute and we don’t receive any of this extra charge - this number is designed to be easy to remember for emergency use.
